Our company was established in Çamburnu Town Sürmene/Trabzon, with the association of our father Bayram and uncle Necati ERGÜN . Our shipyard built a Ro-Ro ship for transportation of cars Keban Dam in 1978 and a cargo ship of 400 DTW in Black Sea in 1980.

After death after Bayram ERGÜN in 1983, the association continued as uncle-nephew till 1996. In 1991-1992, a 30 mt. fishing boat was increased in height and depth, for the first time in Turkey, it offered a business opportunity in this sector. After years, refitment, paintwork, repairing, aquaplaning have been served our shipyard. Large fishing boats, new cargo ships were built, then this period nearly more than 100 new ships were built. In 1996, with sharing of Ahmet and Mehmet ERGÜN  our company increased in size sharing. In our shipyard in Çamburnu, we built fishing boats, cruise ships and service-ships to three sides of Turkey; we also granted a 16 mt. storm boat to Trabzon police department. In 1999 we moved to Karşıyaka in order to increase the depth which of ships we built in Erdek/ Balıkesir. Alongside from 1999 to 2004 we exported  a 33 mt. fishing boat to Greece, building many fishing boats, increasing depth and height.

Because off our workload, we are rented 4000 m2 public land on which our shipyard is situated for period of 49 years in 2004.

We completed both the building of Egeria Turkish Registered the largest mega yacht of Turkey, and fishing boats built for domestic usage and for Algeria.

As of 2016 buildings of more then 200 fishing boats, tugboats, cruise ships, yachts, cargo ships, pontoons have been completed; blue water hunting boats and tugboats have been produced for both domestic usage and Algeria, The Sudan, Greece and Turkmenistan.

In our company, foreman two certificates of proficiency a journeyman, and sufficient number of workers one employed; also, we have engineering agreement with 3 technical offices.

Our company has got 900 m2 indoor space, 160 m2 administrative building and 3000 m2 outdoor space. All in this space, both assembly and block system works are done for all these, we have got
